During the construction of the logistics park, emphasis was placed on sustainability, as evidenced not only by the BREEAM certificate, but also by the integrated elements of sustainability and environmental responsibility - e.g. the roofs of the halls are ready for the installation of photovoltaic systems, there is the possibility to charge electric cars in the reserved parking spaces, there is a bicycle storage area for commuters on bicycles, and others. At the same time, BREEAM certification is a guarantee of systemic management to reduce operating costs and improve working conditions, and an assurance that the premises are built according to best practices in line with the environment.
